Notarial Fees

Late Payment Fee

Applied only if amortization is not paid on time.

Returned Check Fee

Charged if a post-dated check (PDC) bounces
or is dishonored by the bank.

Pre-termination Fee

If the borrower chooses to settle the loan

Restructuring Fee
